Waltham, MA- The Lynx dropped both ends of the doubleheader to the Judges of Brandeis, 8-0 & 13-0, on Thursday afternoon. 

Inside Game 1:

• The Judges pulled ahead early, scoring 2 runs in the first and second innings. 
• They would go on to tack on 4 more in the third to make the game 8-0. 
• Lesley's lone hit came on a single off the bat of Mia Santilli. 
• Despite the loss, Samantha Mecklenburg recorded her 9th complete game of the season. 

Inside Game 2:

• A big first inning was key for Brandeis in game 2, as 10 runs came across in the first. 
• 3 more runs would then score in the third to make it 13-0. 
• Antonia Kieran and Mecklenburg would both record a hit in the loss. 

Lynx Highlights:

• Mia Santilli, Antonia Kieran and Samantha Mecklenburg all recorded a hit in 4 at bats. 
• With 3 strikeouts today, Sophia Santos moves into fifth in the conference leaderboards with 31. 
• With the 1-4 day today, Kieran moves into fourth in the conference with a batting average of .407. 
• Samantha Mecklenburg recorded her 9th complete game this year, tied for fourth in the conference.
