Henniker, NH- New England College takes both ends of the conference doubleheader over the Lynx, 11-0 and 10-1. 

Inside Game 1:

• After scoring once in the first, a grand slam in the second extended the Pilgrim's lead to 5-0. 
• A three run third inning, capped off by a RBI single, pushed the Grims lead to 8-0. 
• 3 more runs would come across in the fourth inning, pushing the game to its final score of 11-0.
• Samantha Mecklenburg would take the complete game loss, striking out 1 over 4 1/3 innings in the circle. 
• Jess O'Neill would reach base twice in game 1 in the 11-0 defeat. 

Inside Game 2: 

• The Pilgrims came out on offense early again in game 2, scoring 8 times over the first three innings. 
• A Tara Eldridge single scored one in the fourth, plating Holly Swinamer. 
• NEC would tack on 2 more on a RBI triple, pushing the score to its final of 10-1. 

Lynx Highlights:

• Tara Eldridge went 2-4 on the day with a RBI.
• Emma Hodgkins went 2-5 on the day. 
• Jess O'Neill reached base 3 times on the day with a double. 
• Samantha Mecklenburg recorded her sixth complete game on the year despite the loss in the circle. 

The Lynx (3-29, 0-8) are off to New London to take on the Mariners of Mitchell College Saturday, April 22nd. First pitch of the doubleheader is set for 12pm.
