CAMBRIDGE, MA - The Lesley University softball team recently participated in a team building group exercise called Gymcraftics geared towards teaching trust and breaking down a task into it's simplest forms.
Gymcraftics was started in 1968 and showcases movements that promote cooperation, balance, strength, continuation of motion and performance. Teams, schools and groups of people with a variety of ages and backgrounds have all used Gymcraftics as a means of sharing, learning and connecting.
