BOSTON, MA – Lesley University got ten runs on thirteen hits en route to a 10-1 win over Wheelock College in five innings.

Maureen Mikos (Fairfield, MA) led the Lynx offense as she went 3-3 from the plate with three RBI’s. Katie Wilson (Kittery, ME), Sarah Wilson (Lowell, MA) and Gianna Spaziante (Hawthorne, NY) all had two hits a piece.

Mikos also pitched a complete game four hitter for the Lynx. Mikos gave up one run over the five innings while striking out six and walking only one.

Lesley got out to a fast start against Wheelock, scoring three runs in the first. They then completely deflated Wheelock by scoring six in the second which brought the score up to 6-0. Wheelock was unable to do anything offensively against Mikos and the Lynx cruised to a 10-1 win.
