FT. MYERS, FL – Lesley University collapsed in the top of the sixth, allowing 9 runs to Transylvania University, as they lost the game 16-1. The one bright spot for the Lynx came in the bottom of the sixth. Trailing 16-0 it would have been very easy for the Lynx to just give up make three quick outs and have the game be over. Instead Sarah Wilson (Lowell, MA) led off the bottom of the sixth with a solo homerun, her first of the spring.

The Lynx were not outmatched as much as they were outplayed. Lesley made 10 errors in the game, by far their most in a game this spring.

Lesley was led offensively Wilson who went 2-3 with a run and an RBI and Lisa Pina (Somerville, MA) and Stephanie Amaral (Seakonk, MA) who both went 1-3.
