FT. MYERS, FL – Cazenovia college ended a 1-1 tie with a four run fourth inning en route to a 9-4 win against Lesley University. The Lynx looked good early but the Cazenovia bats caught up with Christina Anzilotti (Pelham, NY) in the third inning.

The Lynx were led on offense by Lani Cabral-Pini (Wilmington, MA) who went 2-3 with two hits, three runs, and a walk, and Maureen Mikos (Fairfield, Ct) who went 1-4 with a hit and a RBI. Mikos also came in and finished pitching five innings for the Lynx.

Lesley answered Cazenovia’s four run third with two runs of their own to close the gap to 5-3, but that was as close as Lesley would get.
