Chestnut Hill, MA- Lesley Men's Volleyball posted victory over Pine Manor College, 3-1, on Thursday evening at Brunelli Court. The Lynx held off the Gators with scores of 25-16, 25-23, 20-25, and 25-23. Lesley post a 2-16 record on the season, while Pine Manor fall to 2-15.

LESLEY HIGHLIGHTS

• With the score at 7-7, Lesley stormed out to a 10-2 run to hold a firm 17-10 lead. Lesley would go on to capture the first set 25-16. 
• Lesley continued the offensive trend as they held out for a tight 25-23 win in set number two. 
• Pine Manor would steal the thrid set 25-20, but Lesley would hold on in the fourth set.
• With the Lynx trailing 22-19, Lesley closed the game on a 6-1 run to hold out for its second win of the season.  
• Alexander Genova (Groton, CT) had match-high 32 kills against the Gators on 101 swings. 
• John Gersbeck (Westerly, R.I.) ran the offense with a match-high 27 assists.
• Meanwhile, Genova set the pace on defense with career-high 28 digs. Armando Bahena (Qunicy, MA.) followed closely behind with 22 digs of his own, career-high. Andrew Medeiros (Bristol, R.I.) followed with 12 digs on the night.
