Watertown, Mass. - The Lesley men's tennis team dropped home contest against Thomas College, 8-1, on Sunday afternoon at the Mt. Auburn Tennis Center.

LESLEY HIGHLIGHTS:

Patrick Corcoran (West Hartford, CT) highlighted the afternoon by picking up the lone point with a win at No. 5 singles [6-3, 4-6, (10-2)].

The Terriers began the contest with a sweep of doubles play, in the respective order of, No. 1 (8-1), No. 2 (8-1), and a close match at No. 3 (8-6) from Corcoran/ Evan Zona (Hingham, MA.).

Meanwhile, in singles play, Thomas secured victory after wins at No. 2 (6-3, 6-1), No 1. (6-0, 6-0), and No. 4 (6-0, 6-0), in the respective order. The Terriers finished the remaining matches on top, No. 3 singles (6-2, 6-2), and No.6 singles [6-2, 7-6, (7-3)], in that order.
