Seniors Nick Mattox (Pasadena, Md.) and Alex Zhitnik (West Hartford, Conn.) were both honored by the New England Collegiate Conference as Assistant Commissioner for Athletic Communications, Robb Modica, made the announcement this morning in the conference's post-season release.

Mattox was named First Team All-conference in singles while Zhitnik received Honorable Mention in singles play.

Mattox posted an 8-2 record in the NECC playing at the No. 1 singles spot and was named to the NECC All-Tournament team yesterday while Zhitnik posted a 5-4 conference record playing in the No. 2 slot.

Regis College sophomore Michael Beluch was named NECC Player of the Year for the second consecutive year.
