CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The Lesley University men's tennis team visited Wheelock College but fell to the Wildcats 7-2.  The loss dropped their record to 0-4 (0-3 North Atlantic Conference) while Wheelock improved to 4-3 (2-0 NAC). 

The doubles competition saw the Lynx drop two out of the three matches, but the duo of Peter Lauer (Eugene, Ore.) and Alejandro Lazo (Boston, Mass.) won 8-2 over their opponents.

In singles play, Lauer and Lazo continued to play well.  Lauer dropped the first set of his match 6-2 but stormed back to win the second set.  In the deciding set, however, the freshman battled hard but fell 10-8. 

Lazo was the lone bright spot for Lesley's singles action as he won his match in straight sets, 6-3, 6-1.
