Coach Donley was hired in September of 2017 as the Men’s Goalkeeper Coach. In his short time he has helped the team reach an NECC Finals match while guiding the goalkeepers to an over 80% save percentage combined over his 3 seasons. Goalkeepers under Coach Donley have earned recognitions of NECC Goalkeeper of the Year, All NECC- First Team, and NECC All-Tournament Team.

Donley graduated from Lesley University in 2016 with a B.S. in Business Management and was four year member of the Men’s soccer program as a goalkeeper. Donley logged over 3,600 minutes in net for the Lynx and was an NECC All-Conference selection. In addition to playing with the Lynx, Chase also served as goalkeeper for professional and semi-professional clubs Triana C.F. in Sevilla, Spain and Hershey FC in Pennsylvania.

Outside of coaching Lesley, Chase works in Boston as a Realtor selling luxury real estate. He works alongside his team Ricardo Rodriguez & Associates at Coldwell Banker in Back Bay.
