CAMBRIDGE, Mass.– The National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) has released its 2012 Team Academic awards for the year with both the Lesley University men's and women's programs earning the prestigious distinction.
A total of 739 college soccer teams (227 men, 512 women) earned the honor. Lesley was one of only 188 schools that had both men's and women's programs on the list.
In order to garner the NSCAA's Academic Award a program must post a cumulative team grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
