CAMBRIDGE, MA -- Lesley midfielder Joseph Petit has been named New England Collegiate Conference men's soccer Player of the Week, capping a week in which he scored two goals, added two assists in two Lynx wins.

The junior enjoyed a career week, highlighted by scoring the game-winning goal at 84:36 to cap the Lynx come-from-behind win over Emerson in the 5th Annual Charles River Cup. On Saturday, the Salem, MA native ignited the Lesley attack in its 3-0 triumph over defending NECC champion Daniel Webster, scoring another goal and assisting on two others.

Petit leads Lesley into action tomorrow night at Rivier at 7:30 p.m.
