ATTLEBORO, Mass. – New England Collegiate Conference Assistant Commissioner for Media Relations, Roger Crosley, has announced Tom Muratore (Mamaroneck, N.Y.) as the Pitcher of the Week for the week ending Sunday, April 26^th. This is the second weekly honor for Muratore as he earned NECC Rookie of the Week honors back on March 23^rd.

Muratore helped the Lynx sweep Becker College for the first time in the program's history as he earned a win and a save in a pair of relief appearances.

Muratore picked up a win and a save in his only two pitching appearances on the week. The freshman allowed just one hit while striking out six in five innings of relief against Becker on Saturday to earn his fifth win of the season before closing the door on Lesley's sweep of the Hawks as he picked up his first career save with three straight outs on Sunday.
