As a freshman (2012): Started 32 of 33 games as a true freshman as the team’s everyday center fielder ... led Lynx with 20 runs and ranked second with a .330 batting average, placing him among the league’s top freshmen ... also led team with 11 steals as a frosh, which ranked eighth in the NECC, going 11-12 on stolen base attempts ... hit safely in nine of first 11 career games ... ranked alongside NECC’s top outfielders defensively with only two errors in 92 chances (.978) ... strung together six-game hitting streaks in each month of rookie season and eight multi-hit games in all.
