The Lead: Sophomore Haile Carrillo-Hayes found the net early and Freshman Zoe Curtaz scored late to help the Lynx push pass Suffolk by a final score of 2-1 on Wednesday evening at Minuteman High School.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- 12"- Lesley jumped out to an early 1-0 lead when Junior Haile Carrillo-Hayes found the back of the net. This was Carrillo-Hayes' second goal of the season, giving the Lynx a 1-0 lead early in the first half.
- The remainder of the first half saw neither team convert any scoring chances. Leslsey out-shot the Rams by a score of 8-5 in the first half, but after the first 45 minutes, the Lynx held a 1-0 lead.
- 77"- After being held scoreless for the first 77 minutes of the match, Suffolk was able to even the score when Junior Klaudia Rushi found the back of the net for her second goal of the season; knotting the game at 1-1 with just under 13 minutes remaining in regulation.
- 83"- With the game tied at 1-1, Sophomore Sacha Porter sent a pass in front of the net where Freshman Zoe Curtaz headed the go-ahead goal past the Rams' goalkeeper. This was Curtaz' first collegiate goal and proved to be the game winner for the Lynx.
- With the win, Lesley improves to 2-4 on the season.
